I stumbled upon these pretty interior photos by Angela Grace Design. I live in a small old house. I am always looking at ways to modernize a home but still keep a cottage feel. My teenage daughter still lives at home. In a little over a year, she’ll be away at college. I’m fantasizing about turning her bedroom into an office for myself. Right now, my office is just in the hallway of our tiny two bedroom house. I like this sleeper sofa/relaxing nook idea as a multi functional space saver that still feels cozy.

These hand-painted tiles from Maude Made are inspiring. They make me want to paint my own tiles. I also want to create a backyard mural barefoot just as she’s doing here.

Speaking of tiles, these encaustic cement tiles from Maitland and Poate are super dreamy.
